The Gabiano NA website is an online service provided by Northern Shield Trading Inc, DBA Gabiano.  By using this website you are agreeing to comply with the following conditions of use and sale.  If you choose not to be governed by these terms and conditions, then you should not use this online service.

  1. The content of this website is for general information only. Gabiano has provided the information in good faith, but does not make any guarantees or warranties of any kind in relation to any part of the Site Content.
  2. All information, descriptions, prices and images are subject to change without notice.
  3. Prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
  4. All images are covered by exclusive right by Gabiano.
  5. No guarantees are provided as to the accuracy of the information.
  6. No guarantees are provided as to the colour representation of product.  Colour representation will vary from screen to screen.
  7. The availability of merchandise is not guaranteed.  The supply of your order is dependent on stock availability.  If the item ordered is not available at the time of processing your order, you will be notified via email. 
  8. Shipping confirmation will be emailed upon dispatch of your order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Gabiano reserves the right to change terms, conditions, freight charges, prices and descriptions without notice.
  2. No goods are supplied “On Consignment”.
  3. All items and freight charges must be paid for before dispatch.
  4. No returns are accepted, unless by prior arrangement with Gabiano.  Please contact Gabiano to arrange the return prior to returning the goods.
  5. Freight on returns is the responsibility of the sender and MUST be sent via a company that provides a tracking number and signature on delivery.  You must notify Gabiano of the company used and the tracking number immediately upon return of your items.
  6. On receipt of order, if a fault is found with the item, contact must be made with Gabiano immediately.
  7. Refund will only be given on unused/unworn/non-faulty items and must be returned in original packaging.  
  8. Refund will be processed to the same method of payment as the original order placed.
