RETURNS FOR PERSONAL PURCHASES

If any product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll happily accept its return for exchange or refund within 30 days from receipt of goods. If you wish to send an item back to us, you need to arrange the return yourself. Please be certain that you enclose your name and address and that the goods are sent via a reputable, trackable method.

Please ensure to email sales.na@gabiano.com to advise your intention to return any goods prior to shipping, and then send us the tracking number once it has shipped.

Items being returned must be wrapped in a protective wrapper e.g. bubble-wrap or similar, prior to being placed inside the packaging. Please ensure the packaging is big enough to hold the scarves flat so they are returned in the condition they were received and are not crushed.

To exchange an item purchased from Gabiano, simply place a new order online and return your original purchase.

Returned goods RECEIVED at the Gabiano distribution centre

in their original condition
in their original packaging, and
in good order and condition

will be refunded the same way in which you paid for the product, except for gift cards for which reimbursements are not possible.

Refund Qualifications for personal purchases:

GOODS MUST BE SHIPPED AND TRACKING INFORMATION RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE TO
qualify for a full refund to the value of your purchase (excludes shipping costs)
NOTE: Sale price items are non-returnable

Damaged Accessory returns:

Accessories that break within 30 days of purchase can be returned or exchanged.
Please contact sales.na@gabiano.com with details of the issue or contact your local Gabiano Agent if it was purchased at your Gabiano Exhibition
