FOULARD

• A 'foulard' (say full-ard) is the correct name for a square scarf.  The word 'scarf' actually refers to the rectangular item generally worn around the neck. 

SANTAZIA

• The brand name of a range of quality jacquarded or dobby-weave silk scarves.  All Santazia branded scarves are available at 70x70cm and have a machine rolled hem.

SERICUS RIBBED (PLAINS COLLECTION SCARF)

• SEricus is the Gabiano Plains Collection signature scarf.  Ribbed scarves are made from a beautiful finely ribbed silk producing an easy-to-wear, durable scarf which always sits well and crushes minimally.

LANI JACOBS TWILL (PLAINS COLLECTION SCARF)

• The original Gabiano Plains Collection scarf, twill scarves have a smooth yet crisp finish.

SANTAZIA JACQUARD (PLAINS COLLECTION SCARF)

• Jacquard scarves are made with jacquarded silk fabrics.  The word jacquard refers to the technique used to make fabrics in which the design is incorporated into the weave, rather than being printed.  Scarves made with jacquarded silk offer a beautiful alternative to the plain-dyed ribbed or twill options.

ELITE 

• The Gabiano ELITE collection is a range of scarves from world renowned elite fashion design houses.  Designs are ordered months prior to being released on the open market, and although these scarves are more expensive than other ranges, our pricing is set below that of leading department stores and fashion outlets. 

PREMIUM

• Our PREMIUM range is a collection from the lesser-known designers who design beautiful foulards.

 ILLEGAL PRODUCT COPIES

• Gabiano only buys designer prints from the authenic suppliers who sell with the approval of the designer. Cheap copies available from websites of doubtful origin are illegal product copies and the website owners risk prosecution. Gabiano do not support such illegal activity.
